Craig Johnson, Victory Party
On February 6th, 2007 a special election for NY State Senate's 7th district was held. It was a long, hard and expensive fight to win this seat. The pictures below are from the victory party held at 9PM immediately after the election. I am dedicating these pictures in the honor and memory of Barbara Johnson, Craig's mother who was a Legislator and candidate herself. Results on this night were up and down. Here about 1/2 the results were in and Craig was up 2000 votes. Shortly after he was down almost 2000 votes! Below left nervous volunteers watch the numbers go up and down for 45 minutes.
